About Pete
Hi! I’m Pete Premenko, founder and President of Phronesis Group, LLC. In 2022 I left my executive role with a successful tech company to fulfill one purpose: help leaders unlock the potential inside themselves, their teams, and others around them.
I am an expert facilitator, speaker, and coach with over three decades of real world talent development, training, and performance consulting experience. I first developed a passion for teaching while on the ski slopes, simply helping friends learn to ski, and even worked part time as a professional ski instructor while in college. Later, I “grew up” as a trainer with Kinko’s before going on to lead various training and talent development teams with high performing companies like FedEx, Brinker International, Mindbody, and others.
A “trainer of trainers”, I was recognized as one of the Top 100 learning & development professionals in 2022, and am known for my ability to simplify complex problems and address hard realities with tact, care, and professionalism.
